PITSO MOSIMANE FIRED AND STEVE KOMPHELA TAKES OVERJa neh, yesterday was a very interesting day on Twitterland. Almost everybody was debating on the issue of the Bafana Bafana coach, most saying that Pitso Mosimane should be fired as coach and Gordon Igesund, who is the Moroka Swallows coach, should be given the job. Well... half of that request has been granted. The South African Football Association announced the sacking of Bafana Bafana coach Pitso Mosimane. Assistant coach Steve Komphela will take charge of Bafana’s matches against Botswana and Gabon before a long-term decision is made. Komphela is also a former Bafana captain. Not too sure if he can make a difference that will lead Bafana to win this coming Saturday. Hmmmm.... Swallows and Igesund are currently in China where they are playing a friendly match. I'm not sure when they will be back, but I also don't think that Igesund together with his magic powers will also be able to save the squad this coming Saturday. From us as supporters, let's support the team and stay positive. We can do this *clears throat* Anyway, congrats to Komphela on the short-term job. Let's do best this Saturday!
