"TWEET LIKE CLAIRE" TT GETS OUTTA HAND
The former Simunye continuity presenter, out of love and kindness, started tweeting some of the things that she thought newbies on Twitter should know about. I mean... we were all at some point new to Twitter, and Twitter gets hundreds of new users daily. Claire thought it well that she explains the most basic rules on Twitter. For the users who have been on Twitter for a while... the tweets weren't for you as they were hella obvious. These are some of the tweets she gave:
Yeah. With tweets like "Twitter isn't Facebook", Tweeps started thinking that Claire was playing around taking them as dumb and stating the obvious. Therefore, someone started the Trend Topic #TweetLikeClaire where the tweeps would tweet useless and obvious stuff. One of my favourite which is not in the screen shot below is "Madea looks like Tyler Perry #TweetLikeClaire". The topic was funny, but it later got out of hand shem.
Well on the real, it was a funny night. But I don't understand why we have to have fun on the expense of other people *sigh*. What do you think of the Trend Topic. Was is funny? Was it fair? Hmmmmmm... hit us up and let us know! Follow @wontedcoza on Twitter for regular updates |
